Completed in 1888, the Indiana State House was crafted in the architecturally striking Renaissance Revival style, topped with a prominent dome easily viewed from downtown. The Indiana General Assembly, the governor, the state courts and state officials all make the State House their working home, and it can be toured by individuals after a short introductory tour or by a tour guide with larger groups. It is located downtown next to the RCA Dome, two blocks southwest of Monument Circle.
