The Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra is a full-time, professional orchestra which performs over 200 classical and pop concerts a year. The symphony is the largest performing arts organization in Indiana, and one of only 18 year-round orchestras in the U.S. It also hosts an annual Christmas program as well as sponsoring music education around the area. Performances take place at Hilbert Circle Theatre, located directly on Indianapolis' historic Monument Circle.
